Acceptance of these terms
By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These website terms do not replace a signed purchase, financing, service, or other agreement.
Vehicle listings and site information
Listings are provided for general shopping information. Vehicles, prices, mileage, features, photographs, condition, and availability may change or contain errors. A listing is not an offer or promise to sell a vehicle. Contact us to confirm the current vehicle, advertised price, availability, taxes, and fees before visiting or making a decision.
Information provided directly by Rothrauff Auto Sales and the terms in a signed agreement control over website content. Third-party badges, market comparisons, vehicle-history information, and similar material remain the responsibility of their providers.
Financing and calculator information
Website payment calculations are estimates based only on the numbers entered. They are not a credit application, approval, rate quote, or financing offer. A lender determines approval, annual percentage rate, payment, term, and other conditions. The secure credit application is operated by a third party and has separate disclosures and consent terms.
Email and SMS communications
When you send an inquiry, you authorize us to respond using the contact method you provide. A website inquiry by itself does not enroll you in marketing text messages. If you separately opt in, Rothrauff Auto Sales may send promotions, vehicle or inventory updates, appointment reminders, service or account alerts, and responses to questions.
- Message frequency varies; recurring promotional messages may be sent.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help.
- Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.
- Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your carrier or device. To stop marketing email, use the unsubscribe instructions in the message or contact us.

Ownership and permitted use
The site’s design, text, logos, graphics, and original content are owned by Rothrauff Auto Sales or used with permission and protected by applicable law. You may use the site for personal vehicle-shopping purposes. No other license is granted. Third-party names, marks, and content belong to their respective owners.
Third-party services and links
The site may link to or display services operated by other companies, including maps, vehicle tools, analytics, and credit applications. We do not control their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms.
Site availability and disclaimers
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but do not promise it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or current. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rothrauff Auto Sales will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the website or a linked third-party service. Any liability that cannot legally be limited remains unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
